| There's something magical about the delicious smell of freshly made cupcakes....luckily, we get to smell that sweetness quite a bit around here! To our friend's up north who have had more than their fair share of winter and snow....nothing says comfort food better than banana cupcakes. We topped them off with a silky smooth caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and caramel "icicles" to melt away the winter blues. Yum! |

The caramel icicles really compliment the cupcake frosting. I have an idea to use caramel icicles for a Christmas themed. Using it as the horn for reindeer cupcakes.
